Adrian’s background is in high-level strategic and operational management at senior levels in private enterprise and government. He has held positions as Assistant Commissioner, General Manager and Director in enterprise, government and non-government sectors with extensive experience working alongside CEOs and Boards. In addition to Adrian’s diverse industry experience, he is tertiary qualified and holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Business. He is also an Associate Fellow with the Australian College of Health Service Management and a Chartered Health Executive.
Adrian holds in excess of 30 years’ experience in developing and administering proactive outcomes, through the implementation of sustainable strategies. With a proven track record in improving culture, teamwork, productivity and operational outputs through the development, implementation and promotion of simple yet effective best practice human resource methodologies across all levels of the workforce.
